Our campaign is hiring telephone canvassers on a rolling basis, to start immediately and work up to September 20 (Election Day), to help us identify supporters.
We want to connect with as many voters as possible and share Angella's vision for Ottawa Centre. Phone canvassers are critical to making our campaign a huge success, and we want you to be part of it.
As a member of the Voter Contact Team, you will work from home or from the campaign office (your choice) placing outbound phone calls to voters across Ottawa Centre. You will connect to our shared calling campaign using a browser-based phoning application that securely stores all voter data.
The software connects to your phone and places calls one at a time, which means that outbound calls are made with a click of a button from your computer and that manual "hand dialing" is not required.
The Voter Contact Team uses Discord, a free messaging application, to stay in touch with one another throughout calling shifts.
- Rate of Pay: $20 hourly
- Contract length: 3 weeks
- Hours per week: 20-40
